Mr. Berney, the Chief Executive Officer of the Berney Group of Companies which is affiliated with ASH and CFSI, has extensive experience in the management of a portfolio of industrial /commercial properties.

Further, Mr. Berney is a Past President of the Asper Jewish Community Campus, serves on the Board of Directors of Vision Capital and is involved with several community-based organizations.

Mr. Hurtig was both a former partner of the international accounting firm, Laventhol & Horwath, and a Senior Vice-President of Finance with an international real estate development/syndication company involved in the development of over one hundred properties. Mr. Hurtig was a founding partner of the firm (1986 to 2010) and was actively involved in the asset management, financial comptrollership and reporting of properties forming the CFSI and ASH client profiles.

As well, Mr. Hurtig served on the board of several national and community-based charitable organizations.

Mr. Shaer has held various positions with major real estate developers across Canada, specializing in financing and asset positioning. Current activities with ASH and CFSI include asset/property management, financial structuring and project feasibility analyses.

In addition, Mr. Shaer is a Past President of the Professional Property Managers Association of Manitoba.

Mr. Stevenson has achieved the Certified Property Manager designation along with the Certified Manager of Condominiums and Certified Reserve Planner. In addition, Mr. Stevenson is a licensed Broker in the Province of Manitoba.

Further, Mr. Stevenson is a Past President for the Real Estate Institute of Manitoba and a first Vice-Chair for the Real Estate Management Council of the Real Estate Institute of Canada.

Mr. McFeely, a former partner of the international firm, Laventhol & Horwath, is presently the Chief Financial Officer of the Berney Group of Companies.

Since 1993, Mr. Hurtig has been actively involved in all aspects of commercial real estate brokerage. Mr. Hurtig joined ASH in 1998 and is responsible for the commercial brokerage functions of the company.

As well, Mr. Hurtig is a director of the Rose & Max Rady Jewish Community Centre, Past President of Versatech Charitable Foundation Inc. and The Downtown Winnipeg Business Improvement Zone.

Mr. Uddin has achieved the Bachelor of Business Administration along with the Certified Property Manager designation. Mr. Uddin has in excess of twenty years experience in property management which includes both commercial and residential properties.

In addition, Mr. Uddin has served with many different organizations during his career. Mr. Uddin is the Past President of the Real Estate Institute of Manitoba, two times Chair Council for Institute of Real Estate Management for Manitoba Reagion, Audit and Nomination Committee member for the Real Estate Institute of Canada.
